About Emily Heintz

Emily Heintz is the Founder & CEO of Dryish Group, a retail intelligence and commerce platform being built for the rapidly evolving adult beverage industry.

Emily has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of retail, consumer brands, technology, and commerce. Her career has included leadership roles with Lacoste, Matterport, and Salesforce, as well as more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience.

In 2021, she founded Sèchey, helping pioneer a new approach to alcohol-free and alternative adult beverages. What began as a digitally native concept grew into an omnichannel business spanning retail, eCommerce, wholesale, private label, tastings, and national partnerships with companies including Target and Airbnb Experiences.

Five years of operating inside an emerging category revealed a larger opportunity.

Today, Emily is building Dryish Group to turn that experience into infrastructure for the modern beverage industry. Dryish is developing a retail intelligence platform designed to help retailers and brands better understand what consumers are discovering, buying, and drinking across alcohol-free, functional, and other emerging adult beverage categories.

The platform brings together category intelligence, consumer discovery, merchandising insights, and commerce — with AI helping make an increasingly fragmented beverage market easier to navigate.

Sèchey remains an important part of the ecosystem as an owned brand and the foundation that generated years of consumer, product, merchandising, and retail intelligence.

Emily's approach to the category has always been grounded in alcohol flexibility rather than sobriety: giving consumers more choices for what they drink, when they drink, and why.

Her next chapter is focused on building the technology and intelligence layer that can help the entire category grow.
