Hi! My name is Emily Hicks and I'm a senior at Kennesaw State University. I am honored to be a part of KSU's 2023 Homecoming court!

I am a member of Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity, KSU Journey Honors College, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and I am a student of the Coles College of Business.

Education has always been an important element in my life. I have consistently aimed to not only pass my courses but to excel in them to the best of my ability. Higher education here at KSU has allowed me to learn more about myself and the world.

When I first came to KSU, I was a shy person looking to reinvent myself and get out of my shell. I am happy to say that I was able to do this successfully and it's all thanks to my sisters, family, friends, classmates, and staff at KSU.

KSU has given me the ability to not only better myself for the professional world but has also given me the opportunity to flourish into the person I have always wanted to be. Without the support of my fellow students, I wouldn't have been able to achieve what I have in the past 3 years.
