Hello, I'm Emily! I'm the person behind the blog emilyhughesbakes.com, I'm passionate about baking so spend every spare minute baking and when I don't have time to bake, 'm sketching and making notes of what I would like to bake in the future. I am currently at school taking my A levels, but hope to go onto university to study Journalism, and one day write for a food magazine, or maybe even run my own tea room!
I hope you enjoy reading my blog: I will be sharing baking inspiration; recipes; and reviews, including two separate categories of posts: 'Exploring England' where I share my favourite places in the UK; along with 'Talking Tea' which will be everything from afternoon tea recipes to my favourite herbal teas!
