Emily Kiburz-Grimes

A former public school teacher, Emily Kiburz-Grimes holds a bachelor of science degree in secondary social science education from the University of Nebraska. She also holds a master of education degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in teaching, learning, and teacher education, with a specialization in teaching English as a second language. Over the course of her career in education, Emily Kiburz-Grimes has served as an English language learners’ (ELL) teacher and an ELL team leader with Lincoln Public Schools in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Ms. Kiburz-Grimes most recently worked as a learning and development specialist with Bass Pro Shops and its subsidiary, Cabela’s. In this position, she used the e-learning application Articulate 360 to create and administer online training courses for Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s employees on the company’s CLUB customer loyalty program. Emily Kiburz-Grimes also developed an in-depth training curriculum for new CLUB managers, and led departmental and retail location training sessions in person. Her training efforts reached tens of thousands of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s employees.
