Emily Kulick

Chattanooga, Tennessee

Emily is currently a general assignment and investigative reporter for Mocs News, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's TV station. She shoots, writes and edits stories for the newscasts and anchors the Friday afternoon show.

Additionly, Emily has been a broadcast intern for WRCB-TV, NBC affiliate in Chattanooga. She covered Friday night football for their social media and wrote various stories. She is currently a broadcast intern for WDEF-TV, CBS affiliate in Chattanooga. She helps write, edit and shoot various stories for the six and seven evening newscast.

Emily has been a natural communicator since she was five-years-old, attending radio broadcasting events with her father. She fell in love with news broadcasting in highschool, where she anchored LHS today and obtained the entertainment segment.

Emily says the greatest feeling of being a journalist is when a problem is solved because she reported on the issue.

Away from the newsroom, Emily likes to figure skate, play volleyball and hike.
