Emily McMannes

Emily J. McMannes, MBA has been coaching and mentoring employees and students for over 20 years. Her career began as a skills & process development manager with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in Wilmington, DE where she led the administrative marketing team through a merger of two global organizations. In 2004, she turned her attention to higher education as manager of operations for a branch campus of Eastern University in St. David’s, PA. In this role she staffed the campus to full capacity. Her career in education then brought her to Corpus Christi, TX where she staffed the Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center for Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and teaches classes in Business Ethics. Ms. McMannes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a MBAfrom Eastern University. She has a driving passion to help others succeed.
