In a country where grease, fat, & chemical concoctions are not only cheaper but glorified, living healthy isn't always easy. Having a baby and starting a family opened my eyes to how unhealthy we truly were. After a lot of research and time spent, I was finally able to make healthy food and fitness a priority, as it should be. Yoga has become kind of a passion of mine now since it has helped me reach within and calm the inner beast. Struggling with postpartum depression, yoga has done more for than any medication has. Eating organic and all-natural foods has not only made my body feel better, but also my mind. A better diet provides better energy and clarity. Since I didn't want to be selfish, I have decided to start a blog to not only track my progress, but to help others who seek to better their lifestyle. :) namaste & peace within.
