My name is Emily Petrey and I am a first grade teacher at Pelion Elementary School.
This will be my second year of teaching at Pelion Elementary. Before I began teaching at Pelion I was a long-term substitute for three different teachers; two multi-aged classrooms and a resource teacher.
I am from Swansea, SC. I have two cats named Lilly and Izzy. They are my furbabies! I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education.
I love being outside, sewing, the beach, spending time with my family and friends, and watching the Gamecocks play.
