Emily Reusswig

Emily has been with Redmoon for 4 years now. She began as an Administrative Intern, was asked to stay on as an Administrative Apprentice, then hired on as Office Manager in 2009. She now serves as Communications Director, coordinating and creating all messaging and information within and outside Redmoon. Emily's favorite Redmoon memory was at Astronaut's Birthday on the MCA plaza, seeing over 1,000 people look up in awe at that gigantic comic book/drive-in movie spectacle and thinking that no one else really does this kind of work. (She also thoroughly enjoys the moments AFTER each massive spectacle event, where Redmoon collaborators look at what was just accomplished and say to ourselves, "did we just do that??? That was CRAZY and AMAZING.")

Passion: Creating community with as many people, and at as many times as she can.

Practice: Being as knowledgeable and kind as my two older brothers.

Prediction: I will eat Mexican food at least once a week for the rest of my life.
