When people find out I'm a baker, they usually assume I love to bake. And while I'm having fun doing it, the reason I started Goldilocks Goodies is because I love to EAT. Going gluten-free 5 years ago meant I had to start baking my own healthy & delicious treats just like my mom and grandmother made. I'm a 5th-generation Lancastrian and proud to use premium, seasonal ingredients from Lancaster County, partner with the Lancaster Farmland Trust to preserve working farms, and minimize my carbon footprint while making, wrapping and distributing my goodies.
