Emily Ruetter

Emily Ruetter is a second year accounting student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is very interested in the areas of consulting and tax auditing. She is a hard working student with good time management skills, who also happens to be fluent in French. Emily is always looking for ways to learn more and better herself, as she believes that one should never stop learning.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Emily has learned both how to be independent, as she is living and going to school on her own in a new country, but also how to be a good team member, as she is currently a member of the Texas Tech University Women's Volleyball team. Emily's unique background gives her life experiences that most people have not encountered, and she is continuously learning to master the skills of oganization, time management, and problem solving on a daily basis.
