Emily Rufo

I am currently a student at the University of Delaware as a Fashion Merchandising Major with a Journalism Minor. My childhood experiences in dance and pageantry have led me to pursue a career in fashion. As a dance teacher, I have enjoyed creating costumes and costume designs over the years. This experience is what led me into the fashion industry. After a few years in fashion retail, I realized that I have a strong aspiration to work in apparel merchandising. I will be following this desire interning for Rebecca Minkoff in New York City this summer where I will be assisting in many different aspects of fashion and apparel merchandising.
