I have been working with children since a young age of 12. Over the years, my passion for providing the best care for kids has abounded to great heights. Right now, I am a Junior at Vanguard University, studying to become an elementary school teacher. When I'm not in the classroom, you can find me working with my church's children's ministry. My heart and soul lives with my 5th grade small group that I lead. I look at that group almost as a practice test for what teaching will be like one day. I am learning to balance what it means to be fun, assertive, responsible and most importantly, how to properly discipline without emotionally damaging any child.

I want to grow the students that I teach emotionally and intellectually. It is my hope to have a lasting affect on most if not all who walk into my classroom.
