Hi 👋 I’m Emily and I'm currently the founder and CEO of Bento.

Previously, I was the Head of Product at askSpoke, a Greylock and Accel-backed enterprise ticketing company. Using applied-AI in novel ways, askSpoke allows companies to scale and change their processes rapidly, all while providing world-class employee experience across IT, HR and Ops.

My most formative product experiences came from my years on the product and growth teams at Intercom, where I helped triple revenue over two years. Intercom is the second fastest growing SaaS company of all time.

One of my biggest passions in life is wine. I competed on the Harvard wine tasting team, and I aspire to launch my own label in the future! 🍷
