Eminence Care

With a person-centred approach, Eminence Care provides practical and compassionate support for people with different care and disability needs. Our services include respite care, aged care and TAC support, community nursing, therapeutic support, personal activity assistance and daily task support. We also offer development and life skills programs, SIL, SDA, ILO, MTA and STA options, and specialised out-of-hospital or palliative care. Exercise physiology personal training supports mobility and fitness goals, while household and gardening services assist at home. Day and after-school programs and social and community participation with transport encourage confidence, inclusion and connection.
