Christ is all I need. You can strip everything else away from me, and I would still be left with Christ. Take away my gifts and my ministry; take away signs and wonders; take away the sense of His presence; take away my ability to read; and take away every spiritual and religious pursuit I have, and I will STILL HAVE CHRIST. And in having Him, I HAVE EVERYTHING. In the future, I hope to be the kind of pastor that understands that Christianity is more action on Monday than it is worship on Sunday. One that knows talk is cheap, but service is invaluable. That understands that we who have been given much should give much - not just with words, but with our lives. I hope to live a lifestyle that preaches without ceasing, using words only when I must.
