Emma Berg

Emma Berg is the director and founder of the online arts calendar mplsart.com, which was launched in 2005. Berg was the in-house curator for the Gallery at Fox Tax from 2008 to 2011. She is currently the curator at HAUS Salon. She has played a key role in the production of significant creative events throughout Minnesota including Laura Fulk's first solo runway show titled Suffocate, the first gallery exhibit by local street artist Deuce Seven, the Project Runway Season 6 Premier Party and Love's Labourers, an art meets fashion mash-up. As a fashion designer, Berg debuted her first capsule collection in September of 2009 at Scene-a-Sota, a fashion show focused on emerging talent held during MNFashion Week. Since her debut she has been the finale runway designer for Voltage 2010, a premier fashion show in Minneapolis, created multiple collections as well as custom pieces for benefits and museum shows.
