I was told by my teachers to "get published" in order to "establish my writing presence." (Read all that with a fair amount of sarcasm. Thanks. You're a doll.) I assume they wanted me to write well-meaning letters to my Congressman or something, but instead I decided to start a blog. I'm a teenage student who reads and writes constantly, and these are my ramblings.
