Hello, my name is Emma, I'm a 34 year old woman from the Pacific Northwest who loves to blog, live, adventure and experience life and enjoy the company of those dear to me. I'm always learning something new. I'm always excited for the opportunity to meet new people. But first and foremost, I AM A WORK IN PROGRESS.

WORK: I make my living as an EMT, helping those in time of need, saving lives, and picking up drunks off the sidewalk, killing time cruising the mean city streets in my ambulance. I have been doing this for the past TEN years.

FAMILY: I am married, have an amazing 10 year old stepson, and I come from a very colorful family, rich with the perfect combination of dysfunction and love. Because of my family, I am who I am, and I love every member of it and what they bring to the table and what role they have played in making me the person I am today.

HOBBIES: I am a fitness fan. I'm a retired MMA fighter and have had the opportunity to fight all over the world. If you want to see some fight clips and a little documentary on the injury that brought my career to an end, explore my blog a bit and you will find them. I also love to document, scrabook, journal, and write. I have many an ambission and they all revolve around these things, including the desire to become a published author as well as to make mini documentaries on anything and everything my heart desires. I love to create slideshows, and I have put together several wedding videos for friends and family.
