I was 20 when I asked to take over the IT support function at the small IT reseller I worked for on the outskirts of Swindon. I was doing internal sales, but being a fairly curious individual always keen to learn, I found the sales role wasn't challenging enough and pushed to be given sole responsibility of the support function. Armed with laptop and mobile I manned the helpdesk for that small company day and night for months and haven't looked back since.

I am now a passionate IT Recruiter focusing on Agile roles - why? because I love process, structure, people and technology and can really appreciate the value Agile working can bring. I'd like to think that I can help build smarter more Agile workforces in the UK ...... one role at a time.
