Emma Blakeley

I have been working as a Dental Nurse since 2008 and my role has recently branched out into creating inspiring marketing content. This includes the monthly newsletter and social media for the practice, which I really enjoy.

Writing has been a passion of mine for a few years now and so to continue my personal learning journey I enrolled on a BA (Hons) Humanities: English Language degree with The Open University in 2013. I am really having fun with it and I'm excited to see where it leads in the future!

Not being satisfied with resting during the summer holidays YouTube became my new best friend and in 2014 I taught myself to Crochet. You could say I'm now hooked and I can't wait to start designing my own projects!

I live in a suburb of Birmingham in the UK and have three children, who sure keep me on my toes.

Balancing a home and family life with a job and a degree isn't always easy but I love that every day is different!
