Hey there, I’m Emma. I’m the Customer Service Manager for Smarter Applications based in London. I am a fan of animals, yoga, and technology. I’m also interested in movies and coffee.

In my role I am the first point of contact for all customers. Contact through email, telephone and livechat my goal is to have all customers leave with a smile. Consistently receiving positive feedback from customers, I consider myself to be an expert at finding ways to make people smile. I always put the customer at the heart of everything I do, always going the extra mile.

Here at Smarter our customers are our number one priority. I am always working to find new ways to improve the customers experience. Through setting up new CRM systems, follow up emails, good will gestures and simply ensuring customers know we are always there and happy to help.

During my studies at university I had a number of roles in customer services with companies such as Tesco, Thane direct, Student loans and Allied international. This not only meant I was trained to a very high standard but helped me to realize that I loved customer service, as it lead me to a career in which I could help people and make their day just that little bit brighter.
