She is a passionate CEO leading a team of creative and talented people who all share the mission: to rapidly grow a business that makes a difference to the society in which we live.

Emma has 17 years’ experience in retail, communications, and digital transformation for FTSE 100 brands. She led the strategic partnership with Barclays in realising the Digital Eagles programme – reaching over 10,000 colleagues- and has experience in driving transformation in more than 50 brands.

She is in Marie Claire’s Women to watch in 2016, Red Magazine Woman of the Year 2015, the 2014 Duke of York New Entrepreneur of the Year, National Business Awards, and was also named as one of ten Sunday Times ‘Changemakers’.

Before launching Freeformers, Emma was COO of a London-based communications agency and worked in-house for a large corporate.

Emma is a regular speaker on the power of people in the digital economy, the importance of addressing the digital divide, young people and diversity (including women in tech) and digital transformation in big brands.

When she’s not driving the Freeformers business, Emma can be found training for cycle races such as Ride London running or hiking.
