Emma Gaona

Emma Gaona is a first year undergrad student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is hoping to double major in business management and finance, and minor in sport management. She plans on graduating in 2017 and attending graduate school immediately after. Emma is an original, dedicated worker, with strong, clear insight. She started securing internships early which confirmed her interest in working in the business field. Emma is responsive and realistic which helps her achieve primary goals. She anaylzes situations thoroughly to make sure she has gone through every option and has chosen the best one possible, making every effort at avoiding mistakes and correcting those that do occur. Her experience in working for a business in both an office setting and in gymnasium further developed her abilities in team work, communication and efficiency. Emma's goal is to secure internships that will build on her experience and education.
