Saludos, I’m Emma.

I am the Program Manager of San Antonio Public Library's Latino Collection and Resource Center (LCRC). I lead the charge in successfully activating, planning, developing, and executing the operations and services for the LCRC at the Central Library. This project aims to establish a space that will celebrate the rich heritage, literature, and contemporary life of Latinxs in San Antonio and in the United States.

I am a 2018 Library Journal Mover & Shaker in my third year developing and managing programs at the San Antonio Public Library that advocate for diversity and inclusion. Past projects include WiFi HotSpot checkout and Earn-A-Device programs.
