Emma Houlihan

Emma is a professional flautist hailing from Scotland who has been resident in Dubai for the last seven years.

When not performing in the many orchestras of the UAE, such as the NSO Symphony Orchestra, Emma dedicates her time to her love of teaching the next generation of flautists and woodwind students.

Emma has a performance honors degree from Napier University, Edinburgh and has taught in many of Dubai's top schools, including Dubai College, JESS Jumeirah and DESS.

Emma now runs her own woodwind studio from her residence in TECOM and is at hand to offer tailor made lessons for budding flute, clarinet and saxophone students of all ages and abilities.
