Restorative: The strength I picked is Restorative because that is exactly who I am as a person. It means that I like to fix problems. I like to fix people, and situations, and I'm good at it. I can find the information and means necessary to restore and resolve situations. I've always been a restorative person. I don't like conflict and I do whatever I can to avoid it.. However, should conflict arise, I do whatever possible in order to restore it. This has affected my academic life because I don't let myself get sunk down. If I do badly on a test or a conflict in a class comes up, I work harder or get a tutor because I do not want the issue to proceed. It affects my social life because I never get into fights/disagreements with my friends. I don't let it happen. I restore the situation before it can really escalate.

For the Curriculum Plan, I had to essentially lay out my next few semesters of college at The Ohio State University. I planned the classes that I will take (or at least should be taking) through my sophomore year. I learned the process of planning classes, and figuring how to get into my major/graduate on time. This will help me to keep on track with my classes and be able to graduate.

For the Dream Job Description, I researched different jobs that would apply to my major and picked the one that I thought I would ideally like to have once I graduate. From this assignment I learned first off, how to search for jobs, and also how to tell the differences between what different jobs require/ask for. This will really help me when I graduate from college and am searching for a teaching job, which is extremely competitive.
