Hello! Thank you for visiting my page.
My name is Emma. I live in a small town somewhere in the countryside. I’m a 90’s kid, but I love Sci-Fi from the 80’s.
I’m a huge Star Trek nerd. Having grown up with ST:TNG and Voyager reruns, I became a Trekkie at the small age of 7.
I love other genres like horror, thriller, true crime and most action TV shows/movies.
My hobbies are reading, writing, art and other crafty stuff. I mostly do diamond art and I have stuck at it for almost 5 years.
My favourite colour is red. My favourite flowers are white lilies, but they are toxic to the cats so I can’t get them. My favourite animals are cats (obviously), all kinds of cats from wild to domestic. My favourite wild cats are black panthers (my brother’s cat is black and he’s massive - I call him “Big Black Thing”). Strawberry ice cream is the best. Iced coffee with oat milk is my preference but a vanilla latte does just fine if that’s not an option. Pesto pasta is my favourite.
Right now, I’m dealing with major health issues. I experienced internal bleeding and it went unchecked for 10 days. A bad move on my part. I was just above the threshold for a transfusion. I was very unwell and could have died if I had left it a day or 2 longer. I was successfully treated within 3 months. Unfortunately it came back and have been receiving treatment since September 2025. I opted for the least impacting treatment available so I can still function. I do have side effects in the area targeted by the treatment such an extreme pain in the bones, muscles and nerves, skin damage among other things.
For now, I’m living every day how I see fit. Playing by my own rules. Doing what I want while making memories. I don’t know what life has in store for me, but I sure as hell want to enjoy it while I can. Since passing my driving test, I have extra freedom.
Having access to a car, especially in my favourite colour, has given me a lifeline. No more uncomfortable and long bus journeys to the hospital for my appointments.
I wrote a list of cafes around the Borders I want to try before I lose my ability to drive. I have visited 4 so far and plan on revisiting my favourites again (perhaps adding them to my rotation when I’m finished treatment - if I make it out alive that is)
That’s all I can think of for now. If you want to see my diamond art or drawings, I do plan on creating a page for it. I accept requests through email. You can reach me via that if you want, it’s [email protected] I read and reply to every single one individually!
