Emma Marek

Emma is an actress, musical performer, and a senior in the 2020 class at Mid-Peninsula High School in Silicon Valley, California. Plays she has performed in include Hamlet (Gertrude), Pride and Prejudice (Mrs. Bennet), See Rock City and Other Destinations (Kate/Lily), Small Mouth Sounds (Judy), Almost Maine (Rhonda/Shelly), Little Shop of Horrors (Chiffon), Annie (Mrs. Greer), Les Miserables (villager), and Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play (Jenny/Bart), a performance that won praise from Forbes.com, which described Emma as an "amazing double-threat" for her acting and singing. In May 2020, she will play the part of Morse in a virtual reading of One Flea Spare, a play set at the time of the Great Plague of London. She is planning to attend Scripps College this Fall.
