Emma McCornack

Emma McCornack is a current student at Westlake High School, with interest in going into the teaching field. She has taken various college-level courses, like Child Development and Business Information Management at Austin Community College. She is the current captain of her dance team and is involved in the Teen Teaching Program at Westlake (pictured). This is a leadership role that mentors and facilitates 5th and 8th graders each year. She is currently mentoring with Angela Bassett, School Counselor/Psychologist at Cedar Creek Elementary. She volunteered at Valley View Elementary Pre-school weekly last year and has also volunteered at Mainspring School for underpriviledged children.
