I have spent more than 15 years of my professional life in IT business and from marketing & sales, to dedicated user support & groups training, I have had the valuable opportunity to observe, meet and deeply interact with thousand of different personas on topics related to computers and software.

Today, my missions as a user experience and interaction designer are highly driven by the knowledge I have acquired then and this, added to my passion and dedication for my job makes my profile - I believe - quite unique.
