Welcome to my bio! I'm Emmanuel Obembe Olayemi, a highly skilled Field Technician specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), complemented by my practical expertise as a Skilled Mason and Builder In Lagos, Nigeria. Currently, I'm working as a Project Officer at Cherie's Interior, where I leverage my skills in project management and coordination. My passion for construction, project management, and research drives me to continuously enhance my skills and knowledge in these fields. With a strong background in building inspection and non-destructive testing, I have been thriving in the construction industry since 2018.

My Educational Journey

My journey towards becoming a Builder started when I invested 4 years of my life in garnering skills and practical expertise as a mason enthusiast (bricklayer). Furthering my knowledge acquisition, I acquired a higher level certificate in Building Construction Technology at The Polytechnic Ibadan. I also earned a certificate at PMI (Project Management Institute) in Project Management. The journey has been filled with challenges and growth opportunities.

I have extensive experience in various sectors and stages of the construction industry, with a proven track record in:

- Successfully conducting over 600 structural integrity assessments
- Providing effective site supervision
- Managing building maintenance and repairs

- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Microsoft Project Management

Leadership and Goals

Throughout my journey, I have been a leader in various capacities, including serving as the Team Lead at Skaap Consult, helping colleagues achieve their goals, and preparing educative posts and documents to educate the community. My long-term goal is to become a certified Builder leading authority in Building Construction Safety, with a focus on non-destructive techniques and handling projects.
