Minister Emmanuel Victor Ilemona is a lover of God, on fire and full of the Holy Spirit, a popular gospel musician in Nigeria, talented of God with powerful lyrics mostly revolving around hunger and thirst after God. He birthed a group in Lokoja, Kogi Stae called PROTOCOL BREAKERS. Minister Emmanuel has ministered in many churches including RCCG, Living Faith and so on. He also organizes long hours of praying in tongues with a friend in Lagos State.
