Emmanuelle Vaughan

Hey there, I’m Emmanuelle. I have several years of experience in planning and executing events within the hospitality industry. I assisted in organizing corporate events at Fairmont hotels, handling logistics, schedules, and guest inquiries, including annual conferences for over 300 executives and awards ceremonies. During my internship in Singapore, I coordinated hybrid events during COVID-19, managing a regional sales meeting with 500 virtual attendees. My most recent experience was working at a Summer festival in Belgium called the Zomerbar. I oversaw event setup, vendor coordination, and guest engagement, successfully executing themed nights and special events. These roles have honed my organizational, communication, and technical skills, making me adept at managing both in-person and virtual events.
