I am founder and principal of SENSEO Leadership, a coaching practice that aims at supporting people and organisations in their transformation for good.

I believe that performance can be higher and more sustainable when it's meaningful and serves a common good.

As a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), through a qualitative, human-centred and holistic coaching approach, I help leaders and teams who want to leverage their impact express their authentic leadership in order to really onboard their ecosystem on a path that reconciles responsible and sustainable performance, purposefulness, and healthy relationships.

I build my practice on very solid listening skills, a non-judgmental and compassionate presence, a genuine and candid curiosity about my clients and their challenges, an outstanding ability to “connect the dots”, and my natural intuition.

I work in English, French and Hungarian on a daily basis.
