About Me:
Hi, I’m Emma Shaw and I graduated from Royse City High School in 2022/2023. While in high school, I focused on a criminal justice/ FBI profiler career field. I took a Forensics class, which really drew me into the criminal justice field. I am also studying for a masters degree in Forensics Psychology in order to be better prepared for a full time job as an FBI profiler. I’m hoping that I can help make the world a safer place, and understand why those people commit terrible things, so that we can help prevent it.
Education is:
I believe that a good education plays an important role in a young person’s life. It helps them find the path that they want to take during the course of the rest of their lives. A good education can help the person become very successful in their chosen career. And even if they change their minds, with a good education, they can trust that they made sound decisions. In the course of my life, I have been to several schools, including being homeschooled for a number of years. Each school has taught me a different lesson, lessons that I will treasure and remember as I continue to grow and pursue my career. My ever changing educational journey has taught me to be flexible, yet firm about what I believe in, and that sometimes you just can not take no for an answer. And that I don’t have to face my struggles alone, and that I can lean on my support group if I ever need it. With these in mind, I can be ready to tackle any challenges that I face.
