Emma Tran

My dream is to be a teacher and I want to get a degree in education for music or math. I hope to transfer from my local community college to UCLA or Chapman University for their strong teaching and music programs. I enjoy working in a team, whether for school projects, at work, or in a concert ensemble. I am very passionate about music because it’s been such a large part of my entire life and it means very much to me to be able to learn how to perform pieces that move audiences. I also enjoy teaching and giving advice. Helping people is important to me and I like being able to be a person that others will come to for help.
