Andrew Shaver

I live in Northern Ontario (read burrrr), with my Kim and our beautiful daughter Alaethia Grace.

We are very actively involved at our church, Fort William Baptist, where I lead a small group, lead a worship team, preach on occasion, and am working on developing online discipleship tools.

I have spent most of my life becoming acquainted with the scriptures, having a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Emmaus Bible College in Iowa (a really great institution if you want to check it out), and also have a Masters in Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary in Toronto.

My passion is to study, teach, preach, and write about the truths of scripture, and to see the gospel's power transform lives.

In my spare time, I'm a big sports fan with a special love the the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Blue Jays. I also play guitar, sing, and have written a few songs, though you'll probably never get one out of me. :)

I also love almost all forms of music, especially Andrew Petersen, Lecrae, Sovereign Grace Music, The Beatles, and the list could go on and on.
