I am a mum of three, living in beautiful Devon, South West England. I'm a keen rider and I am passionate about our amazing planet, wildlife and the pursuit of truly healthy living. I run my own business, Dapple Grey Limited, producing food based nutrition supplements for humans, with no nasty chemicals or pointless fillers.

I recently discovered how easy it is to eliminate sugar from my diet and yet still, eat deliciously and healthily and not feel like I am missing out. I champion whole foods, organic produce over pesticide laden rubbish and free-range organic meats which have been raised humanely and naturally.
