Emma You

Hello,My Chinese name is You Mengyuan, English name Emma, coming from Fujian province which is just across from Taiwan. After graduated from high school, I went to Nanjing, the ancient capital of China, to continue my study in China Pharmaceutical University, majoring in pharmaceutical English. However, I must admit here that I know nothing about and have no interest in pharmaceuticals or pharmacy, which is why I change to study TESL now.

I worked as a part-time assistant in an IELTS training institute during the first semester of my senior year, from which I find that I love teaching and are willing to spend time in it because even a slight improvement in my student’s English will inspire me to do more. This valuable experience helps me to realize what I really want to be, and I am now on the way to my dream of being a teacher.

Besides setting my career goal, I seldom have goals in my life. In my spare time, I just sleep until waking up naturally and then do what I really want to do at that time without a schedule. And I like travelling, especially the one without any detailed plan.
