My life takes a lot of courage and authenticity.

I create experiences of transformation and healing with individuals and groups using heart-based creativity.

The essence of my work is transitions, transformation and transcendence. I love being creative, I love being free and love being with others in finding their freedom.

My professional work in Transpersonal Art Therapy and Counselling, as well as in doing empowerment work with groups through creative methods, comes from my own deep experiences of healing and freedom using these modalities.
