more about me and my little head

1-I dont like loud noises they make me cry :(

2- shouting of any kind is sensitive for me so don’t do that pls!!

3-my little head says a lot of mean stuff about people! so for example my brains not able to see a lot of people as good because my brain is too focused on them being bad! if someone says to me “you look nice” my silly head says to me “there lying there lying there horrible they hate you you should do -this- to stop them and do -this- too” it can be over silly things too!! like for example “you didn’t do your order right your gonna have a bad day everything is gonna be bad everything’s gonna go wrong”

4-sometimes i see things that others can’t like bugs in my skin it’s my silly head playing tricks it likes do that!

5-Im sometimes a little mean! don’t blame me though it’s my silly little head

6- my silly little head sounds like a different person to me :( he sounds distorted and weird almost like me but different

7-I sometimes get very confused about certain things because i don’t understand how they work or how the situation works that’s why it gets me into trouble try explain but if it’s not in a manner that’s nice for my head i won’t be able to understand

8-I like being good anything about me being good makes me happy

9-i love paragraphs of appreciation there my favourite they make everything warm and cozy

10-my silly head can make me breakdown because of the anxiety and voices Im not present during this get me professional help!!
