I'm a photographer who loves to delve into multiple styles and aspects of photography but my main passion is turning my photos into art. It may be a vision I see before I take the photo or something that jumps at me when reviewing the day's photos but I find great enjoyment in bringing out and enhancing the beauty in each work.

Some health issues including problems with my lower back were a major setback to me for a few years but I'm getting back into the game with a new attitude. I'm making the shift from finding beauty in the ordinary to using my photography to tell stories or represent a particular thought or emotion. I feel this is my true calling.

I'm also shifting my passion for photography more into the business arena. A great friend of mine convinced me that I have a lot of un-tapped potential and sees me rising to heights that I wouldn't have dreamed possible, however I'm taking her advice. Having dealt with health issues I know that every minute of life is an opportunity to make something of myself, I have an uphill battle but I know that each setback is a lesson learned and I am putting my all into making my mark on this world! I don't have a specific destination in mind, because I know that the journey is of much greater importance to knowledge and life than reaching a destination. Having short term goals as stepping stones is great but If you spend your life on one set goal and finally reach it, what's left?
