Having been a movement teacher for 16 years, owning and operating a Pilates studio on the west coast of Canada for 7, I have seized the wonder and unraveled the success. Upon selling my business, I traveled and lived in the heart of Paris for 2 years. I now embark on a digital lifestyle, creating new paths and help others along the way.
