Emilie Gay, one of New York City’s foremost experts in early childhood policy and practice is the Executive Director of Program Support, a company designed to help early childhood program win contracts, grants and meet high quality standards.

In her role as a Quality Improvement Specialist Emilie has helped many early childhood programs win Department of Education contracts.

Emilie's early childcare experience spans 30 years and includes being a teacher, eduction director, curriculum consultant, trainer, assessor and coach.

In 2012 Emilie was NAEYC Legacy Fellow which allowed her to spend a year studying program improvement through staff development with Paula Jorde Bloom.

In 2015 Emilie received an Education Award from Williamsbridge NAACP in recognition and appreciation of her service to children.

Emilie is a credentialed NYS trainer and coach specializing in the Core Body of Knowledge and the Early Learning Guidelines.

Emilie received her Masters degree, Teacher's License and Montessori Teacher Credentials from Chaminade University in Honolulu, HI.

A life long learner Emilie is currently enrolled at the CUNY Graduate Center in the Urban Education program.
