Empowerment Resource Center directly delivers programs and generate solutions to societal issues that impact the transmission of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. We atrive to increase public knowledge about the HIV/AIDS epidemic, empower responsible, healthy-choice decision-making, establish routine HIV testing, use resources to link those who are HIV positive to appropriate care, and help to reduce at-risk behaviors and the stigma associated with HIV. We are dedicated to community outreach and resource coordination.
