I am a sale and operation expert also known as the ''creative mind''.

I will never forget it. In the late 90's I have joined a round trip to the Blacksea coast in Turkey with my family.

I remember our tour guide, his name was Hakan and he had call us in our hotel room straight after our check in, he was asking us if we had found any problems, if pillows were comfortable, if we had enough towels and if we had a great service and hospitality.

We were surprised for his excellent care when he said "you are here for vacation not solving problems."

After so many years I understand the value of that sentences. Service beyond the expectations. Every single person from that round trip is back now as Brand ambassador including myself.

Right after I have graduated from University and I have choosed to work as tour and hotel guide for 2,5 years where I could interact more than 10 thousand people over 20 countries. I have gained amazing emphaty and excellent communication skills.

Thanks to my previous experience as a sale supervisor, my team and I have developed great tailor made excursions and shopping experience and increased sales by 15 m USD to 30 m USD in 7 years. We made customer problem as our problem and anticipated and fullfilled each guests need and sold accordingly.

I believe we can get all we want in life if we help enough other people to get what they want.

I love trekking and it is the best kind of competition where you can challenge yourself plus I think a pinch of quiet time in nature evoke creative genius in you.

I am a father of beautiful daughter who loves ponies more than me:)
