I started my career career from the humble beginning of call center operator at million international cellular Tanzania limited. That humble beginning taught me passion for customers. I have worked as a learning and development specialist in the banking sector for standard chartered bank and Barclays Bank limited. I currently focus on customer experience in telco as a head of quality assurance. This gives me additional skills in quality management and how it impacts the customer.
My career objective is to be the best coach in career, leadership and service through engagements with individuals and organisations.
My purpose is to help others become a better version of themselves.
