How many people are in you family? Who are they? I come from a family of six, including myself. There is my father, Michael, who is a business consultant. There is my mother, Christy, who is a woman's leadership promoter. I have two older sisters, Autumn and Erin, who both live in Seattle, and then there is my younger brother, Elijah, who is adopted from Liberia, Africa.
Where is your favorite place to study? My favorite place to study is basically anywhere outdoors on this gorgeous campus. If I had to choose just one spot, then I would have to say the Senior Bench behind Bryan Hall. It is a peaceful spot that is complimented by the shade of a giant tree.
What was your first day of classes like? I was running around, paniced, trying not to be late to my classes. I really had no idea where any of my classes were at. I remember walking up to strangers and asking them where I could find certain buildings. Lucky for me, they were very helpful.
What advice do you have for new students? Do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone! College is all about experiencing new things. You don't want to finish up your college education and have regrets you never tried something you wanted to because you were either too scared or thought you would fail. Get out there and try something new!
Favorite actor: Hands down, Denzel Washington. He is the only actor that can make me tear up.
Favorite book: The whole Lord of the Rings trilogy. J.R.R. Tolkien was a genius.
Involvement: I am highly involved in intermurals. I play basketball, flag football, soccer, softball, you name it! I have also written for the Daily Evergreen, I enjoy attending special guest lectures held on campus, and I stay involved with politics.
