Enda has been involved in Conflict Resolution work in Northern Ireland for fifteen years. He is the Co-founder of Transformative Connections and works as the manager of trainer and mediator services with TIDES Training and Consultancy along with other consultancy organisations. Enda is a Rotary World Peace Fellow, a Winston Churchill Trust Fellow and an RSA Fellow. He also holds an MA in ‘Theory, Culture and Identity’ from the Queens University of Belfast and has worked with a wide variety of groups both locally and internationally in Dubai, Malaysia, South Africa, Canada, Nepal, Turkey, Thailand, and the United States.
